Sutton Stromart Limited and its Ring Radiator Services division have announced their new brand identity. The corporate rebranding reflects the company’s current market position and offerings and its overall business direction.
Ring Radiator Services, a division of Sutton Stromart Limited, is a leader in the repair and servicing of industrial radiators and heat exchangers. Since its establishment more than five decades ago, the company has transformed into more than a “rad shop,” and the corporate refresh is a reflection of the current position and the direction the company would like to take. Today, the division services almost all types of heat exchangers. Away from servicing, the company has a strategic target to gain a foothold in both the replacement and sale of new heat exchangers beyond those provided by its parent.
The division will now go by the corporate name Ring Heat Exchanger. The corporate refresh process also included a brand-new logo for Sutton Stromart Limited. The new branding will be rolled out over the next few months, the culmination of which will be the launch of the new websites.
Commenting on the rebrand, Director of Operations, Lee Wilson said “This rebranding has long been in our list of priorities as a corporation. It is indeed, a reflection and celebration of how our company has grown over the years. At the same time, it is a true representation of our ambitions for the future.” Indeed, there is much more to the rebrand than improving the aesthetics.
While the old name was great, it certainly underrepresented what the company was all about. Anyone coming across the Ring Radiator Services name assumed the company was no more than a rad shop, and this certainly drove the service calls around automotive-type radiators. With the rebrand, Ring Heat Exchanger hopes to communicate to anyone interacting with their brand that they do indeed service all types of heat exchangers.
Even as the company expands to new business areas, its commitment to adding value to each client remains one of its core values. Be it servicing, replacements, or new projects, Ring Heat Exchanger is dedicated to meeting clients’ needs today and offering them protection against similar problems in the future.

Ring Radiator Services, now Ring Heat Exchanger, was established in 1966. It is a division of Sutton Stromart Ltd, a complete radiator manufacturing company.
